Wellness Programming

Within the Accor Portfolio, there is a variety of properties in which wellness held a prominent space. Together within our teams, we created retreat programs to ensure our guests could experience wellness authentically within each property, working within a network of wellness practitioners and experts to deliver a well-being experience. This was dedicated to both brand launch programs and individual monthly offerings.

 

MGallery Feel Good

For the launch of the “Feel Good” program, Accor did a global media/influencer event at their Wellness Retreat in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. It was a bespoke, three-day wellness retreat featuring seven influencers and media. Collaborating with a variety of wellness experts, Lindsay curated the mini retreat to showcase the different ways wellness could be interpreted throughout the MGallery portfolio. Full execution of planning, agenda, collaborators, transport, menus were all part of the overall task of orchestrating and leading the program.

Emotional Wellbeing by Raffles

The wellness program for Raffles was due to launch in June 2020, in line with the opening of Raffles Bali. Lindsay strategically chose ten of the top media from around the world to attend a three-day retreat, which featured a program of global experts and local talent. All the planning and invitations, collaterals, agenda, were completed, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the event itself had to be put on hold.

Individual 0penings for each hotel Spa

For the opening of each spa across Accor’s global portfolio, Lindsay was to increase awareness and launch the spa program using local marketing funds. Lindsay did this by setting up a three-day media event, with each day focusing on a different set of clientele or media. Working alongside local spa and hotel teams, Lindsay created bespoke programs to lead each launch to success.
